- 2 handfuls lettuce leaves (Romaine is recommended for it's crunch)
- 3 carrots (medium sized, sliced thin, julienne-style)
- 120 grams firm tofu (sliced into ¼ inch thick strips)
- 1 bunch thai basil
- 1 inch fresh ginger (grated)
- 3 Tbsp. crunchy peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. gluten-free soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. rice wine vinegar
- 3 cloves (finely ground)
- 1 lime
- 1/4 rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. white sugar
- 2 Tbsp. fish sauce
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tsp. red chilli (very finely diced, or chilli paste, adjust to taste)
- 1 tsp. corriander (finely chopped fresh, optional)
