- 7 radishes (thinly sliced)
- 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. coconut sugar
- 1 salt (generous pinch)
- 100 grams noodles (brown, from your local health store, I like gluten-free alternatives)
- 1/2 cup cucumber (sliced)
- 2 jalapenos (seeded and sliced)
- 1 handful coriander leaves (fresh)
- 1 lime
