Description
I got inspired by my secondary school English tutor when she came and visit. So I decided to attempt to cook it and my hubby loved it. Lemongrass aids digestion and keep our skin healthy.
Ingredients

2 SERVINGS
- 600 grams pork belly
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar (/honey)
- 1 soy sauce (table of)
- 2 Tbsp. squid (or fish sauce)
- 4 dashes white pepper
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. sesame oil
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 stalks lemongrass (white part only)

Directions
- Slice lemongrass and garlic thinly.
- Put all ingredients expect meat into a blender until the mixture is paste like,
- Slice Pork Belly into 2cm thick and in a mixing bowl marinate it with the paste. Seal and fridge it overnight.
- Remove from fridge 1 hour before grilling it and preheat oven to max and grill it for 30 mins at 180 degrees with a bowl of water underneath it.
- Served with Rice.
