This was an amazing cake! I only had a 1/2 cup sour cream but it didn't seem to matter. It was so moist with just a hint of the white chocolate. After reading another review I did not mix the white chocolate chips into the mix instead I poured some batter, than chips. I alternated this process three times. I will definitely be making this cake again.

With the exception of "1 cup white chocolate," this is the exact recipe of the bundt cake that my coworker made at work that was such a huge hit everyone was asking for the recipe. The cake was moist, airy, and just the right amount of sweetness. She dusted the cake with powder sugar, which was a nice touch.
