- 1/3 cup butter (at room temperature)
- 1 lb. confectioner’s sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (good quality, I use Barry)
- 3 milk (tablespoonfuls of, to make a piping consistency)
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
