- 2 whole green onions (sliced thinly)
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 6 leaves butter lettuce
- 1/2 cucumber (sliced thinly)
- 1 handful peanuts (chopped)
- 1/2 avocado (thinly sliced)
- 8 leaves fresh mint (loosely chopped)
- 5 leaves fresh basil (loosely chopped)
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup fish sauce (most are gluten-free, but check to label to make certain)
- 3 thai chiles (or Serrano chile peppers, sliced into thin rings)
- 2 cloves garlic (smashed with the blunt side of your knife, then minced)
