This dish turned out great! I was low on cinnamon after trowing dashes on the pieces before braising, so for the sauce I only had a dash left, so I added 1/2 tsp of ground cloves instead and it was a wonderful sauce. I prepared some orzo as a side dish and spooned the sauce onto it. Oh, and I forgot to add white wine, but the sauce didn't seem to suffer from it at all.
