Perfect, made a double recipe. Followed recipe but didn't add Tabasco & only put 1/3 cups milk. Cooked it in a loaf pan. 😋 Husband and Son raved on the taste.

very good, nice and moist! i seasoned by eye, put it in a loaf pan, and put the loaf pan on a cookie sheet with tin under it to catch the juices if they overflowed. I used a pound and a half of venison (cooked for 1hr 10mins) and once in the pan i pushed the edges down a little bit to also help with the juice. I didnt put the ketchup on it until it was completely done.
