    I baked these cookies for Extra Credit on an assignment for my Spanish class and they turned out very well. I used unsalted butter to substitute the shortening, but it was probably the cause of my cookies turning out flat-ish and slightly greasy. Otherwise I’m happy and so were my classmates!
