- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 serrano peppers (or jalepeno, or a combo, seeded and diced)
- 2 parsnips (peeled and diced)
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 2 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. coriander
- 1 1/2 tsp. cumin
- 3 tsp. chili powder (depending on how much spice you want)
- 2 tsp. salt (or smoked salt)
- 1 cup squash (or pumpkin puree)
- 1 can black beans
- 1 can red kidney beans (or pinto beans)
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 15 oz. diced tomatoes
- 2 cups low sodium beef stock (add until you get the consistency you desire)
- 1 shot whiskey (optional)
