- 2 Tbsp. mustard

- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic

- 1/2 tsp. salt (each of, & pepper, other fave spices/herbs)
- 1 lime
- 2 Tbsp. tamari
- water (as needed, probably a several tablespoons)
- 4 mushrooms
- 3 leaves kale (dino)
- 1/4 avocado
- 3 dates (or some raisins)
- 1/2 bell pepper (raw or grilled)
- 1 nori (sheet)

Way too salty but very tasty. Next time I won't add any tamari or salt. I also added 1/2 cup of water.
