Heartwarming, Winter comfort food! Perfect inspiration recipe.
Due to additional requirements, I had to tweak for our family (replaced the sausages with 'Quorn Swedish Meatballs', swapped the sweet potato for a 50/50 normal potato and carrot mix and substituted the baked beans for a homemade mix of borlotti beans, tomato puree, paprika and onion). Serve with a side of veg and fresh bread rolls/baguettes and it's clean plates all round!
