    This was pretty good. I did have moz. Cheese so I used cheddar and it was good. I also did have the artichoke hearts (couldn't find them in the store) or the fresh garlic (forgot to get it) and it was still tastes. A little green onion and some portobello mushrooms next time would make this great.

    It takes some time to make, but the result is good. Serve with a good bread and some good, white wine.
