- 4 limes (small, juiced)
- 1/3 cup olive oil (extra virgin)
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt (each, and cumin)
- 1 Tbsp. sweetener (choice, such as cane sugar or honey if not vegan Water to thin)
- 1 sweet potato (or yam)
- 1 Equal (Regular Potato, to the amount of sweet potatoes)
- 1 cup cauliflower (grated or finely chopped)
- 1 cup spinach (chopped, or your favorite greens)
- 1 cup broccoli (grated or finely chopped)
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese (or any cheese you desire)
