These turned out well. I would suggest using whipped cream cheese as it is easier to mix and spread. I only added red bell peppers and green onions to the cream cheese, and added thinly sliced cucumbers and tomatoes to the tortilla. The rolls tasted great, but even after refrigerating for a day they turned oblong when I cut them. I will try to wrap them tighter next time.
