- 2 cups broccoli (chopped)

- 1/2 cup green peas (fresh or frozen, or snap peas)
- 1/2 cup scallions (chopped, green onions)
- 1/2 cup water chestnuts (chopped)
- 16 oz. cauliflower rice (or 1 head cauliflower, riced in food processor)

- 1 Tbsp. lime juice

- 1/2 tsp. sriracha (plus more for serving if desired)
