  • 1/2 tablespoon cumin (ground)

  • 3 tablespoons tamari sauce (I skipped)
  • 1/8 cup cornmeal (I used chickpea flour but wasn't enough to stick pattie)
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon chilli (optional)
  • 4 buns (toasted)
  • 1 tomato (sliced)
  • 1 onion (sliced)
