I wasn't really sure what to expect with this combination of ingredients but it was delicious and something about it feels special.

One of our go-to recipes. We love it! As we do with so many of Cookie and Kate’s recipes.

Tasty and easy! I used a bag of frozen kale as well, but it was maybe too much kale. Would use slightly less kale next time.

Made tonight. It was good, both liked it. Will make again. I used one bag of frozen chopped kale. Very easy.

I add diced bell peppers and cubed sweet potato or butternut squash and usually use spinach instead of collard greens. It’s delicious and even more flavorful the next day so I try to make a day ahead.

Utterly delicious. We added some okra leaves as we didn't have quite enough spinach, and replaced the sriracha sauce with a Mozambican peri peri sauce (in ieeping with African flavours). A hearty meal perfect for chilly weather. Saving and sharing this one!

Very hearty and flavorful. Huge hit. Saw on the site that some have added sweet potatoes. I think next time I'll roast some and add them towards the end. Highly recommend!

Amazingly delish + comforting on a cold rainy day! Also, added “berbere” (a red pepper spice found in Ethiopia) for a spicy kick instead of Siracha or hot sauce 🌧😋🌍👌🏾🙌🏾👩🏾🍳🥜🥇

Great recipe! Tastes like the exact soup I’ve come to love at a nearby cafe. I made the recipe as it was written.

Delicious! Really flavorful. I think next time I will add sweet potatoes to add a bit more substance.

This was delightfully easy to follow! I made mine chicken-based, swapping vegetable broth for chicken broth. It tasted a little sweet at first, but hot sauce gave it the edge it needed. I’m happy with the end result.

Perfect for a winter soup when you want to try something different! Warm and filling, great vegetarian dish. Can also serve it with quinoa instead of rice.

Very tasty kids liked the crunch of the peanuts and didn’t notice the veggies. Was a little runny so would double the peanut butter or drop a cup of broth

Simple, savory, and spicy. Reheats excellently, so you can stash it in the fridge for when you just can't make a dinner from scratch

Really good! I modified the recipe a little for what I had on hand. I plan to cook it again for my Swedish friends who find peanut butter a little exotic
