This was so easy and really tasty. Will definitely make again and I'll use the filling for other things too!

Easy reciepe. It came out really good. Just remember to season as you go. So season the rice as it cooks and and all the other things too. I had alot of leftovers so I made it into some nachos. It was good that way too.

Tasty vegetarian meal or side. I added some red pepper flakes to add some spice and topped with a little cilantro for color. Will try this one again.
