- 1/2 white onion (minced)
- 1/2 red bell pepper (minced)
- 1/2 green bell pepper (minced)

- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 4 Tbsp. cream cheese
- 4 laughing cow
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (finely grated, use a microplane if you have one plus more to sprinkle on top of finished mushrooms)
