- 1 cup shredded cabbage (or slaw mix)
- juice
- 14 oz. diced tomatoes
- 2 Tbsp. Hatch chiles (chopped roasted, or jalapenos)
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. low sugar apricot jam (to taste- to balance the heat)
- 1 Tbsp. rubbed sage
- chile flakes (Hot red pepper, to taste, or use hot pepper sauce)
- Sea salt and fresh ground pepper, to taste
