Delish! I swapped out small white beans for the kidney beans and upped the spices a bit as we like it nice and spicy. Only had two cups of vegetable broth so added water for the last cup topped with a bit of sour cream and avocado. It’s a keeper

It was very good. Everyone liked it. It was a bit too spicy for us so I will omit either the jalapeño or Rotel tomatoes next time
