  • 1 bunch kale (chopped)
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 tablespoon butter (or ghee)
  • vegan Parmesan cheese (desired amount of homemade, or regular parmesan for serving)

    Yum! I fried fresh chilli with the butter before adding veg and added pinenuts. Easy and delicious, can make big batches, hubby happy - new regular on the menu 👌🏼
