So bland! Also the ingredients need more time on the stove. Won’t be making this again.

Def not 330 calories! I put it through a calculator that said it's really twice that! I'm going to check all recipes going forward.

Flavor wise, it was good the first day. Not so much when re-heated - all I can taste is the corn tortillas.

This was a hit with my staunchly meat-eating husband, so this recipe is a keeper! I used low-fat mozzarella and red kidney beans, which were on hand. Very filling, so I had leftovers the next day.
