- salt (to taste)
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/2 cup cabbage (chopped fine)
- 1/2 cup carrot (grated)
- 1/2 cup green beans (chopped fine)
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts (chopped fine)
- 1/2 cup dal flour (moong, you can replace this with regular flour)
- 2 Tbsp. rice flour
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper (powder)
- 1 tsp. sambal (or any other chili sauce)
- 1 tsp. ginger (grated)
- 1 tsp. garlic (grated)
- 2 tsp. cilantro (and wasabi soy sauce)
- salt (& water, as needed)
- oil (for frying)
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 cup onion (finely chopped medium)
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup spring onions (chopped)
- 2 Tbsp. garlic (grated)
