I made it for another family and they loved it. I followed another reviewer’s suggestion and increased the quantities (by double except for spinach and noodles) and seasonings (more than doubled the garlic, added Italian seasoning to sautéed mushrooms). I also added Parmesan cheese before the layers of mozzarella cheese.

With some tweaking (add smoked paprika, cumin, cook the mushrooms with white wine) and doubling the quantities, it is a good recipe.

This lasagna was delicious! I did not include the mushrooms and I split the spinach and ricotta over just 2 layers to cut down on the amount of pasta in the dish. Also, after I sautéed the spinach, I chopped it and drained it to remove excess water.

It was delicious, went with no mushrooms but added thinly sliced zucchini to it instead!

It turned out really well. I used two bags of Mozzarella cheese instead of just one. Also I used regular lasagna noodles (boiled) rather than the oven baked ones and it was good.

Definitely needed two jars of marinara, but other than that it turned out great!

like a few others mentioned I needed more spinach and ricotta to do extra layers but flavor wise it was great!

the instant noodles worked fine, however regular noodles would make it better. otherwise it is fantastic

Wonderful! Everyone raved about it. It also freezes well (before baking) so it makes a great dish to keep i the freezer and pull out for company later on

So delicious, however I probably would not use the oven ready lasagna. I would use the original lasagna noodles.

GREAT!!!! This is DELICIOUS! I used some kale to replace some of the spinach and it turned out very well! Added some texture! Also sprinkled some oregano in the ricotta yum
