Really liked it, too much lime juice for my preference...would half lime juice next time and think it would be delicious!

I made lots of adjustments, not the least of which was using button mushrooms instead of portobellos and not measuring anything; nonetheless, it is now a new favorite for my daughter and me. Super easy!
