This was blooming marvellous! My husband doesn’t like it too hot so I went easy on the chilli, added a little extra cumin for warmth and a dash of mild curry powder. Had it with potato wedges, cheese and minty yogurt.

Very delicious, if you have the time to prep and cook all those vegetables. Took a while. Not a weekday meal, but tasty nonetheless.

Nice and spicy would certainly make again. Went with two courgettes instead of mushrooms

Taste issues can be easily solved by adding a tsp of ground coriander, 1 tbsp of Worcester sauce and swap the tomato purée for chopped sun dried tomatoes! VERY tasty! All the people who complain it is bland obviously have no imagination when it comes to cooking!

One word: bland. Only three stars because it's filling, filled with veggies and enough cheese will make it palatable.

took a little longer to reduce and added an extra 100g of lentils but other than that followed to the letter and turned out beautiful
