Tasted amazing! Served with black rice and topped with avocado, sour cream and lime.

With all the spices in this I thought it would have a little more flavor. i think next time I will salt as I go with each layer which should improve the depth of flavor. That being said, I'm sure the flavor will deepen as the leftovers sit in the fridge. Also allow more prep time than the recipe calls for, like 30 min more. I also ended up using more like 2-2 1/2 cups of vegetable stock and the consistency was still quite dense.

Very good but if you don’t like hot you may want to cut down on the jalapeño
