Delicious.
I didn’t have thyme but still turned out great. Would make again.

A great chili! I made two alterations based on what I had on hand—chickpeas instead of pinto & used 20oz of tomatoes. It still was fabulous!

Great! Made some swaps because I didn’t have some of the ingredients (apple cider vinegar instead of balsamic).

Followed the recipe for the most part. Family loved it. Shorted the onion. Family not a fan of the fresh cut green beans I added. Added a teaspoon of steak and worshtichier? sauce. Tried the blender. Not sure what I did wrong but will try again. Didn’t blend long enough? and used to many vegetables. Would’ve preferred more chunk. A keeper.

Delicious... Swapped out the pinto beans for red kidney beans, otherwise followed everything. The blender step is DEFINITELY worth it.

This chili is Delicious! I usually make turkey chili but I decided to incorporate vegetarian meals into my weekly dinners! By Far, It is the best I’ve tasted! You’ll eat 3 bowls easily! My husband and children loved it! I’ll make this over and over again! You got to try it! Simple and Easy to make!

Great! I reduced the broth to 2 cups and added a large can of tomato juice. I also only added 1 tsp of cumin instead of 2 as it’s not my favorite spice. I didn’t have a jalapeño but it seemed spicy enough without it. I cooked it all in the crockpot and it turned out great! I didn’t miss the meat like I thought I would.

After reading the reviews I cut the chili ingredients by half. It needed the full amount required to take this recipe to 6 stars! Very delicious, you don’t even miss the meat! Great comfort food to eat all winter!

If you love spice then you are gonna love this. I reduced the amount of chilli powder and it was still so spicy that i found it masked the flavour of everything else.

Holy goodness, is this stuff delicious! We added some slow-cooker meat to some and chicken to some, but even without the meat it was amazing! Would absolutely make again

This was my first time making a vegetarian chili. It was delicious! So fresh tasting! And all the colors make a beautiful presentation especially with all the toppings. I made the pickled onions too and it added another layer of flavor and texture.
