I like to have some recipes that can be made with things always in my pantry. Since I learned there’s cilantro in the freezer isle this goes in that cathegory

Loved this recipe! A little too spicy for my littles but I thought it was wonderful!

OMG! This flavor is out of this world. So great! I added in some chopped mushrooms and also some crispy tofu that I had prepared earlier. This is one of those dish’s that you’re able to add so much and love every bite!

This recipe turned out great! I wanted to have it for a couple of days, so I doubled the recipe and added more spinach to my liking. LOVE IT!!!

Great vegetarian curry! Added a little bit of zucchini and celery and added yoghurt instead of coconut milk!
