Great ... especially with the added chorizo and twice the recommended chipotle peppers!

Really great flavor profile! It was on the spicy side for me, but I still enjoyed it. I used canned beans (two 15.5 oz cans) and I didn’t cook my sweet potatoes beforehand. I added them to the mix after the peppers. It took about 30 minutes for them to soften and for the liquid to cook down. Didn’t have cilantro - added some chopped green onions instead.

Very good. I did not precook the sweet potatoes. I just tossed them in with the onion after they cooked for a few minutes. I also cooked the peppers with them also and all the spices till the potatoes were just partially cooked and I used fresh tomatoes.

wow! Followed the directions and it was super delish. We liked this more than traditional beef chili. Don't skip the chipotle peppers...they make the dish. find them prepared in the Hispanic foods isle at the market.
