- 5 cups water
- 1 onions (medium, thinly sliced)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce (optional)
- 2 cups green beans (cut-up; can also substitute for diagonally sliced fresh asparagus)

Directions
- Bring Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix, water, onion, mushrooms and Worcestershire sauce to a boil over medium-high heat in a 3-quart saucepan, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes.
- Stir in green beans (or asparagus) and simmer uncovered 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
