- 2 Tbsp. promise buttery spread
- 1/8 strip carrots
- 1/8 strip red bell pepper
- 1 bok choy (small, thinly sliced (about 3 cups))
- 2 cloves garlic (finley chopped)
- 1 1/2 tsp. fresh ginger
- 2 tsp. reduced sodium soy sauce
- 4 oz. lo mein noodles (or thin spaghetti, cooked according to package directions)
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 cup edamame (shelled and cooked)

Directions
- Melt Promise® Buttery Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook carrots and red pepper, stirring frequently, 4 minutes. Stir in bok choy and cook 2 minutes. Stir in garlic and ginger and cook 1 minute. Sprinkle with soy sauce. Add edamame and noodles and cook, tossing frequently, 1 minute or until heated through. Remove from heat, then stir in lime juice.
