It came out delicous! The flavor depends on the veggies but the texture from the batter was perfect.

Amazing! This seltzer water method produced the most beautiful, successful battered food of any kind that I have ever produced! No egg, no bread crumbs coating your fingers, just straightforward directions and delicious results! I used some raw veggies and some thawed frozen vegetables. The broccoli was the biggest hit!
I will be doing this method again for tempura, fish and chips, and more.
