- 1 inch ginger (piece of grated)
- 5 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
- 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- coriander (Fresh chopped green, for garnishing, optional)
- masala (Maggi, to be sprinkled on the top, optional)
