- flour (♡ Refined, /Corn starch, gluten-Free, 2-3 tablespoon, to form a solid balls of potatoes)
- garlic (2 + 3, chopped/grated)
- black onion seeds
- jeera
- green chillies (2-3 chopped or to taste)
- oil (for frying the potato balls & stir fry)
- salt (to taste)
- sugar (1-2 teaspoon or to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
- onion (1 big, chopped)
- carrot (1/2 cup, grated or finely chopped)
- capsicum (1/2 Cup, chopped)
- cumin seeds (1 teaspoon)
- black mustard seeds (1 teaspoon)
- onion (♡ Sliced, 1/2 of one small, garnish, optional)
- tomato ketchup (2 tablespoon)
