    This soup was fast and quick delicious I add spaghetti, the potatoes and beef chunks, dumplings to it my son who's 12 enjoy it. Will make it again.

    I think this is the easiest soup I have ever made! I had to alter a bit due to lack of some ingredients. It is so delicious! I added a pound of ground sirloin, didnt have V8 so added 1 can(28 oz) tomato sauce, and beef broth. I also sprinkled in some italian seasoning and fresh parsley. Will make again!

    Amazing. I never knew I could love a soup this much. I used a bag of frozen mixed peas, carrots, corn, green beans (2c total) with additional carrots (with the other vegetables the recipe states.) Added ground turkey. It needed more liquid with the extra volume so I added beef broth I had leftover from another recipe and additional v8. I also added 1/3 cup chopped dried parsley, 2 bay leaves, 1/2 tsp dried thyme.

    I made this for my restaurant and used vegetable stock to make it Vegetarian and Vegan friendly. It was great. I will be making this again in the near future.

    Great! I added a sprinkle of cumin and more salt. I made it in the slow cooker. 8 hours on low. Just throw everything in. I used frozen corn and peas. The rest was fresh. It was very flavorful.

    Loved it! So easy. I skipped the corns and beans and used zucchini instead and added red pepper flakes for a little kick. Turned out great

    Perfect.. I would definitely make it again and possibly add zucchini or bell peppers.. I added shredded chicken to it this time and it makes the perfect meal..

    So good! Made it in the instapot for 16 minutes and natural release. Added a few extra veggies and additional 1/2 cup V8 and 1 cup chicken broth.
    It’s a basic and simple recipe that you can tweak to your liking. I just stick to the veggies and it’s awesome. Make it at least once a week. Great for lunch or dinner. Love it,

    Delicious! I added Italian sausage, gnocchi and bell pepper with Tuscan seasoning. Add parmesan cheese on top when ready to serve! I also used canned tomatoes and cut the V8 by 1/2 cup.

    I absolutely love this soup. It's become one of my favorites and it's so easy to make too. You can play around with the veggies and the type of broth is tune it to your tastes. To add a little special (not hot) kick, I add a little bit of red pepper flakes and dill weed to mine.
