Was very yummy. More like stir fry than ramen soup. Kids and husband loved it. I did sub some vegetables and added chicken and it turned out perfect. Requires some prep but pretty easy if you are used to cooking.

Substituted rice noodles and portobello mushrooms, dish was off the charts excellent! Family absolutely loved it! Will definitely make again & again!

It’s was delicious I sautéed all vegetables in a little coconut oil first I used Sweet Thai chili sauce and a Kung Pao sauce with coconut aminos for the sauce.
Excellent

Easy to make, just the prep work takes the longest. Full of flavor! I also cut the brown sugar and used honey instead.

I used a little more ginger, chilli paste instead of sauce, a squirt of honey instead of sugar and less noodles as in the recipe and it had a fantastic kick to it. Loved the flavours so so much

My family loved this dish. I changed it though... I added 8 cups of water for noodles and a packet of Indian corn chowder, then after a minute added the 6 packets of noodles. It gave added flavor and cooked the water down. I made the sauce per the recipe. Excellent! As far as vegetables... the carrots were too tough- I would precook them on there own next time or leave them out. I used mushroom, zucchini, onion, carrots, snow peas. The dinner itself four people with a dish left over. Maybe because I added so many vegetables. For the kids who didn’t want vegetarian.. I added cooked steak um meat. I did end up dropping in 5 eggs to poach, but should have done at last minute as they were not runny . I will definitely make again- no doubt.

Very tasty and super easy, especially if you have a julienne. Substituted bok choy for the bean sprouts.

Excellent.. couldn’t get bean sprouts or mushrooms or snow peas here in Costa Rica but was still delicious per hubby.. added cooked chicken at the tossing stage.

All I have to say is wow and instead of using ramen, I used yakisoba noodles and it turned out bomb. Boyfriends stamp of approval as well. This will be a recipe I will use for a VERY long time.

This is a great recipe filled with lots of yummy veggies. We made a slight modification and used rice noodles instead of the ramen noodles. It still turned out great. I was a little more generous with the veggies then what is called for in the recipe. The sauce has a great flavor! My kids loved it!

The sauce was sweet and thick, the noodles were a bit excessive compared to the veggies and sauce. This dish is excellent to use as a base for a variation of dishes, substituting only noodles for other things similar and the veggies for other things similar. Keep the sauce. I only made 1 serving and it’s going to last me 3 to 4 days.

So flavorful. Loved the recipe. Could add all sorts of vegetables. I added cabbage and green beans instead of peas. But you could easily add any meats or veggies you wanted. Some of us added more sriracha on top of our plates for extra heat.

this recipe is awesome! i would say its just about a once a week staple in my house. the best part is that you can truly use any kind of veggie combo that you can think of. just don't tweak the sauce! it is amazing and you absolutely cant make it any better
