I have never tried a homemade pot pie before. This is an excellent recipe to springboard ideas, and make changes to, using this recipe as a baseline. I even altered it by adding chicken and changing the veggie stock to chicken broth and it all worked wonderfully. Kudos for the step by step visual directions.
