    I liked this a lot! It was very simple and tasted great I did omit the fake meat, I just don’t like the texture of it

    I wasnt too pleased with the lack of flavor the first try. The second time around I added vegan chicken, different herbs and spices. I have made this probably a handful of times, with and without mock meat so I'm certain the additional spices and herbs was key (for me).

    I agree with a fellow review, it was rather bland and with a lack of seasoning. Maybe the next time I will increase the seasoning and will get better 😜

    Rather bland - I think I'll try it again though, substituting chopped mushrooms and cauliflower for the seitan and adding more spices.
