- 6 oz. Chinese egg noodles (or gluten-free spaghetti if needed, *use spaghetti for vegan option, cooked.)
- 1 Tbsp. vegetarian oyster sauce (tbsp)
- 1 Tbsp. dark soy sauce (tbsp, *use tamari for gluten-free)
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. coconut sugar (can sub regular sugar)
- 1 tsp. Sriracha
- 1 Tbsp. water (–2 tbsp, or vegeteable stock as needed)

I made two versions,one with chicken and the other with just veggies. both were different but ended up tasting pretty 👍🏾

I doubled the recipe, except for the sriracha, and added 1 pound of chopped tofu. It was delicious.
