    This is probably the best vegetable lo mein I've ever had. On top of that it was quick and easy to make. Next time I make it, I'm going to try and double the sauce recipe, as some reviewers have suggested.

    The sauce on the noodles was a bit bland and I had to make more for it to be enough for the one pound of noddles

    I would also add canned pineapple chunks and water chestnuts. . I also used regular spaghetti. An easy nutritious inexpensive dinner. I also used coconut oil in lieu of vegetable oil.
