Used the sauce to make "plain lo mein" because the kids are fussy eaters. My son and husband absolutely loved it! Will definitely make again.

So. Delicious. And super easy. I added carrots and used sugar snap peas cause that's what I had. I thought the sauce was fine but I'm sensitive to salt. I even used low sodium soy sauce. Definitely a keeper.

Great! I'll confirm, I made it with 1/2 lb of noodles and the amount of sauce was just right!

This is probably the best vegetable lo mein I've ever had. On top of that it was quick and easy to make. Next time I make it, I'm going to try and double the sauce recipe, as some reviewers have suggested.

The sauce on the noodles was a bit bland and I had to make more for it to be enough for the one pound of noddles
