i altered the recipe a bit using more cheese to top the lasagna instead of ritz crackers and i added cauliflower along with the broccoli, carrots, and spinach. I also used an Italian cheese blend which combined all the kinds of cheese the recipe calls for instead of buying them individually. i also omitted the yellow onion and all purpose seasoning.
