Ok. Flavor was good but was extremely wet. Need to cook mushrooms much longer than what it says, and longer in oven. Could use a little more tomato sauce.

Sorry pioneer woman but this was very bland. It was also too big for the the pan I usually use for lasagna - 13 by 9.

It was a little runny, I think maybe I should have drained it or let it cook longer. Added a lot more parmesan, I thought it was a tasty but to appease my husband I think I’ll have to add meat next time. Took a really long time to make, 2.5 hours.

I would definitely make this again. I added carrots and spinach. I made it with bachamell sauce instead of using ricotta cheese and eggs.

I used all the vegetables but use Marinara Sauce instead of tomatoes. So good!

This was delicious. I really liked that it wasn't just a ton of tomato sauce gooped in the lasagna. I cooked the veggies a bit longer than called for to get more of the water out and am glad I did. I also split this into 3 smaller foil pans and stuck 2 in the freezer for later use.

Turned out great although I put sheets on top which doesn’t work lol had cottage cheese and that worked too added cauliflower

Excellent and so easy! I didn’t have Ricotta on hand so used some white sauce and Parmesan. Delicious. This recipe is for keeps.

OmGosh, lasagne turned out just perfect. My husband couldn’t tell me enough how delicious it was. I did cook the vegetables a bit longer to absorb the liquid. I also used wheat lasagna noodles, and added shredded carrots.

Absolutely yummy! Would make again and again. I only had 2 layers as I cut recipe in half since only feeding two. Delicious!

I used onion, garlic, green pepper, 2 zucchini’s, 1 head broccoli, parsley, salt & pepper. then i used cottage cheese with eggs & parm and mozzarella in between layers.
Family says it was the BEST meatless Monday they’ve ever had. Hubs had 3 helpings and son had 2!!

This recipe is a winner!!! I used zucchini and squash and 2 different types of mushrooms and it turned out AMAZING!!!

Fantastic! The meat lovers in my family couldn't believe it tasted this good with no meat! Great for leftovers too.
