Decent, but nothing like the picture (our result before modifying the recipe is the picture attached to this review) and we ended up cross referencing another vegetable korma recipe and adding 1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1 tsp of curry powder and 1 tsp brown sugar and it stepped the recipe up closer to the vegetable kormas ive had in the past.

Great recipe — easy and healthy. I added a can of chickpeas for protein. My only problem was that it took MUCH longer than specified to cook the potatoes. After 40 minutes they were still a bit hard. Next time I will boil or steam them for a while before putting them in the pot.
