  • 1 cup cauliflower florets (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup peas ( fresh or frozen)
  • 3 tablespoons cilantro (/Coriander Leaves - chopped)
  • 1 onion (Medium)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili paste ( Green, optional)
  • 5 tablespoons besan (GramFlour - also known as, Indian stores or chickpea flour)
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 bread slices (I'm using glutenfree, you can use any kind of plain bread.)
  • 1/2 cup olive oil (for shallow frying)
  • cooking spray (for baking)
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garam Masala
