- 3 boiled potato (Medium, peeled and cubed)
- 1 cup lentil (Cooked, you can use any from green gram or yellow gram)
- 1 cup cauliflower florets (chopped)
- 1/2 cup peas ( fresh or frozen)
- 3 Tbsp. cilantro (/Coriander Leaves - chopped)
- 1 onion (Medium)
- 1/2 tsp. ginger garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp. chili paste ( Green, optional)
- 5 Tbsp. besan (GramFlour - also known as, Indian stores or chickpea flour)
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 2 bread slices (I'm using glutenfree, you can use any kind of plain bread.)
- 1/2 cup olive oil (for shallow frying)
- cooking spray (for baking)
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- 1 tsp. red chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin powder
- 1 tsp. Garam Masala
- salt (as per taste)
