Really good! With all the different ingredients we didn’t feel a need to add additional spices.

Loved it. Slight seasoning modification with the addition of cumin and cocoa powder. Also used tomatoes with chili peppers.

Flavorful . Added some cumin chili powder and Mexican hot sauce. Made a rue in the burger onion celery garlic mixture. Cooked off the flour and used beef broth to complete rue. Added all other ingredients and simmered. As with most soups it is better the next day. Served with homemade French bread

I loved the taste! It was very surprising. I was a little reluctant about the cabbage, but I’m so glad I followed the recipe exact as it was really good! Definitely a new favorite!

It was a big hit with my co-workers in the paint shop!!! Not a drop or a veggie left in the pot.

it was delicious. i added a couple bayleaves and elbow noodles instead of corn.

Hubby loved it. It reminded him of something his mom would make. I thought it needed a bit of a herb something or some seasoning.

Delicious! Very similar to the soup my mom made for the family! I made a few adjustments (and I’m sure you will too!) Omitted cabbage, used combo of beef & chicken broth, added 3 tablespoons of sugar, 1/2 cup ketchup, some herbs and 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. Served with cornbread!!

It turned out wonderful, there was not a drop left and did double the ingredient's that
was called for in this recipe...

I have made this several times and my husband and I LOVE IT!!!!! I actually use chicken stock versus beef, it's lighter and less overwhelming. I love this because all veggies are allowed and the cabbage is the real difference between this and any other hamburger soup recipe!!!
