I came across this recipe because I really had a taste for gumbo and was limited on ingredients. While i did have all the ingredients available this is more of a vegtable soup with rice. I actually made roux (the best part of gumbo) and added celery (as pictured) but not listed as an ingredient. I also found andouille sausage in my freezer so I tweaked mine- Vegetable Andouille GUMBO! Thanks for the recipe! :)
