  • olive oil
  • 2 cups cooked long grain white rice (cold, prepare rice and then chill in refrigerator)
  • 1/2 cup red pepper (small julienne-1 inch long by 1/4 inch thick)
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas
  • 1/2 cup frozen carrots
  • 4 green onions (sliced thin using the white and green of onion)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
  • 3 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • salt (for seasoning)
  • pepper (for seasoning)

    Directions

    1. Place a large pan on high heat to heat the pan. Once hot, add enough oil to thinly cover the bottom of the pan.
    2. Add red pepper to the pan and cook for one minute.
